WVIZ/PBS & 90.3 WCPN ideastream and Playhouse Square Foundation Announce New KeyBank Small Non-Profit Series

A New Discussion Series for Non-profit Executives and Students

WVIZ/PBS and 90.3 WCPN ideastream and Playhouse Square Foundation are pleased to announce the new KeyBank Small Non-Profit Series, a sequence of discussions focusing on issues important to executives of small non-profit organizations and students of non-profit management. The series is designed to provide individuals and organizations with the tools necessary to successfully execute the missions of not-for-profit organizations and remain financially sound.

KeyCorp worked closely with Playhouse Square Foundation and ideastream to develop the KeyBank Small Non-Profit Series as part of the corporation’s $1 million grant to the Idea Center in March 2004. The program helps fulfill the Idea Center’s educational goals in accordance with Key’s emphasis on encouraging people and communities to achieve economic self-sufficiency through strategic philanthropic investment in financial education and workforce development programs that foster diversity and inclusion.

All KeyBank Small Non-Profit Series programs will be presented in the Idea Center (1375 Euclid Ave.). Complimentary refreshments and parking in the Playhouse Square Center garage are provided. For additional information, contact Lorena Muscari (216.771.4444 x. 3258 or muscaril@playhousesquare.org).

The Idea Center is a vibrant center of activity, housing the broadcast operations and education services of WVIZ/PBS and 90.3WCPN ideastream and Playhouse Square Foundation arts education programs. The facility is a model of creative connectivity where digital media (radio, television and the internet) is used to create and distribute content, including news, information, educational services, and arts and cultural programming.
