THE KULAS FOUNDATION

Calls Idea Center Significant Project, Worthy of Support

In November, the Kulas Foundation presented ideastream and Playhouse Square Foundation with a $600,000 grant in support of the Idea Center at Playhouse Square. This generous gift to the Idea Center is compatible with the foundation's interests in supporting education and the arts in the Greater Cleveland area. Numerous arts organizations have received support from the foundation since its inception in 1937. Both ideastream and Playhouse Square Foundation have been beneficiaries of the Kulas Foundation's kindness in the past, and its gift to the Idea Center represents another important step in the campaign for this innovative community-enrichment initiative.

Vice President and Secretary of the Kulas Foundation Allan Zambie said, "The trustees view the Idea Center as a very significant project and wanted to contribute to its success in an important way."
